The Bellini is such a great brunch drink because it is light on the alcohol. It is really no stronger than the average glass of sparkling wine, even a little less because of the peach juice
2 ounces peach nectar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 ounce peach schnapps
3 ounces chilled dry champagne
Procedures: Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass. Add 1/2 cup (or more) crushed ice and stir. Add champagne.
