Cold Lobster w/ Green Tartare Sauce

Via Jo Cooks (I used green enchilada sauce and it was sinfully delicious) …… COLD LOBSTER W/ GREEN TARTARE SAUCE – Cold (precooked) lobster, sauce:

Ingredients

Cold (precooked) lobster
sauce: a small bunch of parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons chopped capers
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped chives
(optional chopped boiled egg)
salt
pepper.

Instructions

Procedures :
Rinse the parsley and chop very finely. Dampen a corner of a clean dishcloth with water and place parsley in that corner. Squeeze out the juice into the mayonnaise. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve separately with lobster.
