Celebrate Cinco De Mayo this week with this easy recipe for tasty corn with a kick. This is my friend Doreen’s recipe. She whipped this up at her house one day and when I tried it, I had to have her recipe! It’s so quick to make and low in points.

Calories: 90.9 • Fat: 2.1 g • Carb: 18.9 g • Fiber: 2.9 g  • Protein: 3.0 g • Sugar: 3.2

 

Ingredients

 

 

4 ears corn with husks

1 lime, cut in wedges

 

1 tsp butter

McCormick Chili with Lime Seasoning

 

Instructions

Microwave corn, in their husks, for about 15-20 minutes. (Until cooked)

Remove husks and corn silk. Rub each corn with a little butter. Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle with chili seasoning. Enjoy!
