CRISPY CHILI SHRIMP

Health Benefits of Shrimp. Shrimp is a high protein, low-calorie, low-fat food but only when you prepare the seafood without added breading or fat. Shrimp also provides heart-healthy EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

1 tbsp. ginger powder                        2 tbsp. anisado wine               
1 tsp. garlic powder                           1 cup cornstarch
1 tsp. onion powder                           1 tbsp. chili paste
1 k shrimp (each about 1-inch salt and pepper to taste
    long and removed sharp parts)

Instructions

Procedures: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except cornstarch. Marinate shrimp in the mixture overnight. Dredge shrimps in cornstarch and deep-fry until crisps.
