DULONG OMELET

Dried silverfish, otherwise known as Dulong, makes this omelet burst with the flavors of the sea! As much as possible, use fresh fish to cook up a healthy and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients


cooking oil                                           1/4 k. dugong 
5 cloves garlic, chopped                        3 eggs
1 medium onion, sliced                         salt, and pepper to taste
3 medium tomatoes, chopped 

Instructions

Procedures: Saute garlic in 5 tbsps. oil until golden brown. Add onions and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add Dulong and stir to prevent scorching. Add yolks. Set aside. In a bowl combine the cooked Dulong and 1/2 cup beaten eggs. In a frying pan spread a mixed Dulong. Turn over. Repeat. Makes 5 servings.
