Fish Filets w/Easy Made, Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

4 fish filets of your choice
2 tbsp butter
salt & pepper
For sauce: 1 stick butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 large egg yolks.

Instructions

Procedures :
Season fish with salt and pepper, fry in non-stick pan both sides until golden brown. Set fish aside & keep warm. Sauce: 1) melt butter in the saucepan until almost boil. 2) put all the other ingredients in the blender on high for 10 seconds. 3) turn blender to low, remove the top and slowly pour in melted butter in a thin stream. serve separately from fish or on top.
