Grilled Porc w/Mustard Sauce
A mustard BBQ sauce is sharper and spicier than the classic version – it has a nice bite that balances out a fatty cut of pork like a shoulder roast. Add some hot sauce if you like to make it a little spicy, or leave it as it is for a sweet-sharp combination that works just fine on its own.
4 porc tenderloins clean 6-8 oz each 1/4 lt. cream, 2 diced sour gherkins 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 small diced onion, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, salt & pepper. 1 tsp flour dissolved in cold water to thicken the sauce.
Procedures: 1. Flavor meat with mustard, salt, and pepper. 2. Grill meat and place aside. 3. Prepare sauce: heat in pan (where meat was grilled)cream with mustard, gherkins, and onions. 4. Add vinegar and sugar. 5. Thicken sauce with flour. 6. ad meat back to the sauce, heat up and serve.
