Mexican Beef

Is the meat safe? … Since the U.S. relies heavily on international trade and Mexicois the largest importer of American beef and variant meat, Texas Tech University has put together a team to test the food contamination and unsanitary practices in food processing in Mexico.

Ingredients

400gr beef cut in stripes
200gr zucchini diced
100 gr onions cut in 1/4 rings
100 gr green peppers diced
200 gr tomato diced
1 dl red wine, 0.5 dl chili sauce
garlic
salt pepper
1 dl sunflower oil
100gr grated mozzarella
1 small can chili beans.

Instructions

Procedures: Brown meat slightly on high heat. take meat out of the pan and put in buttered baking pan, stirfry zucchini, onions, and peppers each separately and add to the baking pan add raw tomato dices and bake covered for 15 min in 350F Oven.
