Wilted Baby Spinach with Garlic and Oil Recipe

4 tsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 lb fresh baby spinach, washed and drained
salt and fresh ground pepper
Heat skillet till hot, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add the spinach to the skillet and toss with oil to coat. When spinach is just wilted, shut of stove and season with salt and pepper. Season immediately.
